At JuvenX, we stand behind the quality of our research compounds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, documentation, and certificates of analysis.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Opened or Used Products

For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Because our compounds are sensitive research materials, we cannot verify the storage conditions or handling of opened products. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our supply chain and the safety of all researchers.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the resolution process:

• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.
• Include your order number in all correspondence.
• Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until your claim is resolved.

We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost for verified damaged orders.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@juvenx.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not ship returns without first obtaining a return authorization.
